6263 vs Submariner replica
The Submariner replica is 40 mm or 41 mm, has a date, and claims 300 m. Movement is an automatic 3135 or 3235 clone. No chronograph, so fewer parts to fail. Price sits below a 6263 build in most catalogs. If you swim, take the Submariner. The 6263 has a push-fit caseback and an acrylic crystal. Neither holds a seal.
6263 vs Datejust replica
The Datejust replica is 41 mm, fluted bezel, date with cyclops, automatic. It reads as a dress watch. The 6263 reads as a tool watch from the 1970s. Bracelet options differ: Jubilee and Oyster for the Datejust, folded Oyster or rivet-style for the 6263.
